About

I lead the Technical Services team at Absorb Software, where I combine hands-on data analytics expertise with a people-first management approach. My job is simple: help my team do their best work by removing obstacles, providing clear direction, and backing them up when it counts.

I came up through Client Advocacy and Business Intelligence, which means I understand both what clients need and how to build systems that deliver it. I write SQL, build dashboards, and troubleshoot technical issues—but my real focus is developing people and creating processes that scale without adding complexity.

My philosophy: Listen first. Understand the problem before proposing solutions. Communicate clearly. Follow through. Results come from teams that trust each other—my job is to build that trust.
