About
I lead the Technical Services team at Absorb Software, where I combine hands-on data analytics expertise with a people-first management approach. My job is simple: help my team do their best work by removing obstacles, providing clear direction, and backing them up when it counts.
I came up through Client Advocacy and Business Intelligence, which means I understand both what clients need and how to build systems that deliver it. I write SQL, build dashboards, and troubleshoot technical issues—but my real focus is developing people and creating processes that scale without adding complexity.
My philosophy: Listen first. Understand the problem before proposing solutions. Communicate clearly. Follow through. Results come from teams that trust each other—my job is to build that trust.

Technical Services Team Lead
Lead a team of technical services professionals supporting enterprise LMS clients. Run weekly 1:1s focused on growth and removing blockers. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between Support, Product, and Engineering. Handle escalations by understanding the client's business context first, then driving resolution. Build processes that reduce friction without adding bureaucracy.
Business Intelligence Analyst II
Built and maintained reporting infrastructure for enterprise clients using Snowflake and SQL Server. Developed Sisense and PowerBI dashboards that helped clients track learner engagement and training ROI. Collaborated with Customer Success to scope reporting requirements and deliver solutions on tight timelines. Documented data models and trained team members on self-service reporting.
Business Intelligence Analyst
Created custom reports and dashboards for clients measuring L&D program effectiveness. Validated data accuracy across multiple sources before delivery. Worked directly with clients to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements. Improved turnaround time on reporting requests by standardizing common queries and templates.
Client Advocate
Provided technical support for enterprise LMS clients via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshot issues using browser dev tools, API testing with Postman, and database queries. Report Developer
